Khatian and dag information shown here is drawn live from the Ministry of Land’s public service and is index-level, preliminary information. It is not a certified porcha and cannot be used before a court, a bank, a registry office or in a mutation application. For official purposes, obtain a certified copy for a fee from the Ministry of Land’s own website.

Measurements

Areas and distances derived from boundaries drawn on the map are estimates. Imagery offset, misidentified boundaries and terrain slope all introduce error. Do not use these measurements for legal, official or transactional purposes — those require a ground survey by a licensed surveyor.
